I use guitar, voice and original songs to take you on a guided meditative journey to facilitate whatever transformation is happening for you right now. The songs don't teach or tell, but rather create and facilitate space for the different stages of the transformation process. Each song comes with its own coaching question to ponder while you listen and receive.
